Send photos of your sample or your drawings by Zalo (+84 977 794 333) or email (noithatkigin@gmail.com), with dimensions and the expected quantity. KiGin reviews the materials and construction, then sends a production quote.

What do I send for a quote?
Send a sample or product photos, with drawings and dimensions if you have them. Also tell us the product group, the material (solid or engineered wood), the expected quantity and the destination market.
What if I have no drawing yet?
You can still request a quote. Send reference photos or describe your idea; under ODM, we develop the design with you, make a sample, then handle production through to export packing. Read how our OEM and ODM manufacturing works.
Which products does KiGin make to order?
KiGin makes four product groups: tables, chairs and stools, cabinets and beds, in solid or engineered wood. Send your own sample or drawing, or choose the Luxury or Indochine line in the form so we can quote accurately.
Does KiGin have its own factory?
Yes. KiGin owns its factory. Orders go through sampling, mass production, quality inspection and packing, as in the eight steps under From quote to delivery. See our production stages and quality inspection.
How fast does KiGin reply with a quote?
